Can I cancel my order?Updated 4 months ago

We will do our best to cancel your order if needed, but in most cases we are unable to cancel the order once it is placed. Typically an order is able to be changed up to 24 hours after it has been placed, but due to fulfillment speeds some orders may be already packed and shipped in the same day they are placed.

We recommend reaching out via chat during business hours in order to receive the fastest service with this issue. Please have your order number ready and we will do what we can!

If you are unable to cancel the order with us, feel free to return the order using our Returns Portal once you receive it for a full refund (minus any return shipping charges). If you would like to return your items without return shipping charges, join our Rewards Program!

eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.
